Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your account, purchase, and use of the BannerMenu digital product and related online services.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, placing an order, downloading BannerMenu, or using a license, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Product and license
BannerMenu is a digital Windows utility intended only for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord with the Bannerlord Online mod. The unmodded base game is not supported. A completed purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition, subject to these terms.
You remain responsible for meeting the published system requirements and following the rules of the game, mod, and any servers you use. BannerMenu is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TaleWorlds Entertainment or the Bannerlord Online team.
3. Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate account information and keep your password and license key confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or key has been compromised. We may require reasonable verification before changing account access.
4. Prices and Bitcoin payments
Product prices are shown in euros. At checkout, a time-limited BTC amount is calculated from a public BTC/EUR market rate and assigned to a unique Bitcoin address for your order. Your wallet or exchange may charge its own fee. You must send the exact amount, on the stated network, before the quote expires.
Payment is complete only after the required blockchain confirmations. Partial, late, duplicate, fragmented, or otherwise unusual payments may require manual review. Because Bitcoin transfers are irreversible, sending funds to an incorrect address or network cannot be reversed by BannerMenu.
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the purchased edition is assigned to the account that created the invoice. That account can generate its license key and access the available digital download. Blockchain congestion, maintenance, or third-party data outages can delay confirmation; they do not change who owns the order.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- share, sell, sublicense, or publish an account or license key;
- circumvent license checks, access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
- use the service to harm others, disrupt systems, or violate applicable law;
- copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer BannerMenu except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with BannerMenu or its operator.
7. Updates and availability
We may provide fixes, compatibility changes, or feature updates. Features may change when needed for security, legal compliance, game compatibility, or service reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but mandatory rights relating to the supply and conformity of digital content remain unaffected.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or termination right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
9. Intellectual property
BannerMenu, its website content, software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the service operator. These terms grant only the use rights stated above. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is supplied without implied promises beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for third-party game or mod changes, server rules, wallet or exchange failures, blockchain congestion, or losses caused by incorrect payment details supplied by you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, credential sharing, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms. We will consider the circumstances and any mandatory rights before taking action. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing rules and changes
Applicable law and courts are determined by the service operator's jurisdiction and any mandatory rules that protect you where you live. We may update these terms for legal, security, or product changes. The updated date will appear above, and material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@bannermenu.com. Please do not send a password, private key, wallet seed phrase, or other secret.
