Compatibility
BannerMenu requires the Bannerlord Online mod and is not compatible with the unmodded base game. It validates the detected game and mod version before enabling memory-based features. An update can temporarily make the application incompatible. Support for a new build is only promised after it has been tested.

bannermenu.com reads and writes another process's memory to provide its features. Security products can classify this behavior as suspicious. No claim is made that every antivirus product will accept it without a warning.

Do I need to install .NET?
No. The public Windows release is packaged as a self-contained application.
Which Windows versions are supported?
The application supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Do I need the Bannerlord Online mod?
Yes. bannermenu.com is made exclusively for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord with the Bannerlord Online mod. It does not work with the unmodded base game or standard Bannerlord multiplayer. Compatibility should be reviewed after each Bannerlord Online update.
Is a license key required?
Yes. Enter the key generated in your account. BannerMenu verifies it online and enables the features included in your edition. A successful verification includes a short grace period for temporary service outages.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept only Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network. Card payments, bank transfers, and other cryptocurrencies are not available at this time. Checkout calculates the exact BTC amount from the displayed euro price and activates your license after the required blockchain confirmation.
How long does a Bitcoin payment take?
Send the exact BTC amount before the 30-minute quote expires. The checkout checks your unique payment address automatically every 10 seconds, but transaction detection can still take a few minutes. Blockchain confirmations commonly take longer and are not guaranteed to arrive within a specific time when the Bitcoin network is busy. Once the full payment is detected before expiry, it remains valid while confirmations arrive. After sending, click “I’ve sent the payment” for an immediate check. Do not send the payment twice; you may leave the page and return to the same order later.
Will my presets remain after an update?
Local presets and settings can be retained when updating. Keep the user_data folder and follow the update instructions supplied with the new release.
Why can Windows Defender or SmartScreen show a warning?
The current Windows release is not digitally signed. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may therefore show “Windows protected your PC” or identify the publisher as unknown because the downloaded app does not yet have an established publisher reputation. That reputation warning is not the same as a confirmed malware detection, but it is also not a guarantee that a file is safe. Download BannerMenu only from your account and verify the included SHA-256 checksum. If Defender reports a specific named threat or quarantines the file, do not bypass the warning; contact support so it can be investigated.
Are all changes permanent?
No. Several features are client-local or experimental and affect only your local Bannerlord Online session. Results can vary by mod and game version.
